Requirements - Minimum 10 years of total experience. - Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience related with large Civil infra project such as Road, Railroad, Tunnel, Port, and Dam etc. - Four-year university degree holder - Relocation to HQ located in Seoul, South Korea - Frequent international business trips are required
Role & Responsibility 1. Proposal works - To review and study ITB, practice and code issued by clients - To participate in the QA-QC meetings, conferences and workshops and etc. - To make proposals and clarification materials - To conduct risk assessment throughout the project (Design/Procurement/Construction/Pre-commissioning/Commissioning) 2. Establishment and implementation of the global standard QA-QC system - To make and produce QA-QC plans, procedures and management system 3. Preparation of QA-QC plan for a new project 4. Staff management at the project site in charge 5. Quality Management during the construction - To review method statements and quality assessments - To monitor and manage major quality risks and hazards 6. To communicate with related divisions, clients and consortiums 7. To train staff, sub-contractors and laborers 8. To conduct an QA-QC audit and evaluation (trend analysis needed)
